The new website for Sweetfit focuses on promoting personal training services lead by Jon Sweet. The Woocommerce web store has a range of SweetFit branded exercise clothes, boxing gloves and other personal training related products and accessories.

Jon is located in Adelaide’s North Eastern suburbs and specialises one-on-one personal training and group training for people of all ages, including adolescence to seniors. Jon’s specialities include strength training, hypertrophy, weight loss, rehabilitation, sport specific training and nutrition planning and he also holds a level 2 boxing certificate.
The SweetFit site came together with a really powerful message to influence potential clients to get motivated and take charge of their lives. The graphics and animations built into this site show clients Jon has worked with, their successes as well as their initiatives and training techniques.
Incorporated into the SweetFit site are customer testimonials, a frequently asked question section, a gallery that shows Jon in action with his clients, a before & after section showing client results, dietary guidance information and of course, the SweetFit online store where Jon sells his merchandise.
Functionality & structure
Jon wanted customers to be able to purchase gift cards so a plugin was installed that allowed us to incorporate this feature. The menus were structured in a way that gives users immediate access to nearly all parts of the site from any page visited. Brave implemented a ‘featured products’ section just under the landing page banner that highlights some of the SweetFit products with full product access given through the main menu and footer menu.
The landing page was setup in a way to promote interest and lead the site visitor into the other parts of the site. Many different design effects and animations were chosen to add aesthetic appeal and helps the content stand out.
Movement brings the viewer’s attention to the content as well as adding interest so we wanted to be sure to animate focus areas. Much of the artwork provided by the client was used throughout the site and incorporated ias clip-art resources. The overall design of SweetFit was intended to be fun and engaging with a strong motivational appeal.
